Relaxation and Healing: The vibrations produced by these sacred instruments help promote a deep state of relaxation, releasing stress and tension from your body and mind.
Deep Restorative Journey: Lying comfortably on a mat, you will be “bathed” in sound waves. The frequencies are designed to shift your brainwave states, inducing calm and clarity.
Energy Balancing: Sound healing helps balance the body’s energy centres (chakras), allowing for a sense of inner alignment and peace.
Each session is guided by a seasoned sound healer who has honed their craft over years of practice.
